Red Wine by Mount Riley from Marlborough, New Zealand. Color: Vibrant mid-red with purple/violet hues. Bouquet: Enticing blackcurrant, plum & violet characters, supported by spicy white pepper & savory notes. Palate: A supple wine with concentrated, fresh fruit flavors, fine tannins and a clean crisp finish. Drinking well now, this wine will continue to drink well up to 2010. Great as an aperitif or with chicken, game, red meat & pasta.
