White Wine by Fat Bastard from Languedoc-Roussillon, France - regions. Light and bright in color with rich tropical fruit aromas. Crisp and fresh with a hint of grassiness, this Sauvignon Blanc is perfect for sipping on its own or served with seafood. Rigorous parcel selection allowed us to produce a new blend that adheres to our highest quality standards. The juice was kept on the skins to extract as much fruit character as possible. The fermentation process was maintained at low temperatures (14 to 16 degrees Celsius) and no malolactic fermentation was permitted, to preserve the crisp character of the wine. Light and bright in color with rich tropical fruit aromas. Crisp and fresh with a hint of grassiness, this Sauvignon Blanc is perfect for sipping on its own or served with seafood.
