Red Wine by Casa Lapostolle from Chile, South America. Color: Young and intense bright purple red. Nose: Very clean and intense aromas with delightfully fresh red fruit and black pepper dominating the nose. Mouth: Well structured and juicy tannins that evolve towards a fresh and mouth-watering natural acidity in the mid palate. The finish is long and shows a light touch of oak. Service and food pairing: Ideal companion to red meat, pasta with spiced sauces and strong flavored vegetables. Recommended to decant half an hour prior to drinking.
