Mount Saint Helena 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon - Red Wine
Mar 24th, 2009 |
Red Wine by Mount St. Helena from Napa Valley, California. Deeply colored with brick red hue. Inviting nose with aromas of rich toasted oak, molasses, tobacco, olive, blackberry and cool cassis. Unmistakably Cabernet. This well-structured, elegant wine offers a touch of menthol over tart cassis, tobacco, spicy black pepper and a hint of fennel. Clean persistent finish. While ready to drink upon release, this wine’s good acid/tannin structure will allow further development over the next 12-16 months. Varietal Composition: 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc, 4% Merlot, and 2% Malbec.
